Trading and investing in gold, foreign exchange, digital assets, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. Use of the Site does not create a fiduciary, agency, or advisory relationship between you and GoldRock unless and until you enter into a separate written agreement that expressly creates such a relationship. The information on the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

The Site supports deposits and withdrawals via digital assets (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ether, USDT, USDC, DAI, SOL, TRON, and XRP). Digital assets carry additional risks beyond those of traditional financial instruments, including:

• Extreme price volatility that can result in rapid and significant losses.
• Irreversibility of blockchain transactions. Once a transfer is broadcast and confirmed, it cannot be reversed by GoldRock or any other party.
• Risk of loss from sending assets to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong token. We are not liable for funds sent in error.
• Regulatory uncertainty. Laws and regulations affecting digital assets are evolving and may change in ways that materially affect access, taxation, or legality.
• Risks of network outages, blockchain reorganizations, hard forks, smart-contract vulnerabilities, and third-party custody failures.
• Risks associated with the loss of private keys or compromise of credentials.

You acknowledge and accept these risks as a condition of using the digital-asset features of the Site.

Funds allocated to the investment account from your wallet are deployed by GoldRock's trading desk according to the fund's discretionary trading methodology. Returns, if any, are credited periodically to your investment balance. You may request to transfer funds from the investment balance back to your wallet at any time, subject to manager review. A performance fee of thirty percent (30%) is applied to the profit portion of any transfer from the investment balance back to the wallet. Your original principal (the cumulative amount you have allocated, net of any prior transfers out) is never charged a performance fee. The fee calculation is made on a pro-rata basis using the profit/balance ratio at the time of the transfer request.

A two-and-one-half percent (2.5%) processing fee is also applied to each crypto deposit to cover network, custody, and operational costs.

Withdrawal requests from the investment balance to the wallet are reviewed by the GoldRock manager and may be subject to temporary holds during open-trade periods. We may, in our sole discretion, delay or suspend withdrawal processing in connection with active trading positions, market conditions, operational requirements, or compliance reviews.

GoldRock is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any similar regulator in any other jurisdiction. The Site is not intended for use by residents of any jurisdiction where the services offered would be contrary to applicable local law or regulation. Use of the Site from jurisdictions in which such use is prohibited is at the user's own risk and may result in denial of service.

It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Site complies with the laws and regulations of your country, state, or other applicable jurisdiction.

GoldRock operates a multi-level affiliate program under which users may receive compensation for referring other users who fund accounts and trade. Affiliate testimonials, referrals, or endorsements may be made by individuals who receive direct or indirect compensation from GoldRock. Affiliate compensation is paid as a percentage of fund profit posted to downline accounts, plus a percentage of direct-referral deposits for the highest rank. Rank tiers, levels paid, and commission rates are described in the affiliate dashboard. Past affiliate earnings are not indicative of future affiliate earnings.

Customer testimonials presented on the Site reflect the individual experiences of real users; however, individual results vary substantially and are not representative of all users. The testimonials are not paid endorsements unless explicitly disclosed. We make no claim that any other user will experience similar results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GoldRock, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of digital assets — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any trading activity conducted through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you have paid to GoldRock in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldRock and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Site, (b) your violation of these disclosures or our Terms of Service, (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (d) any deposit, trade, or withdrawal you initiate through the Site.

These disclosures and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction set forth in our Terms of Service, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action proceeding.

We may amend these disclosures at any time, with or without notice, by posting a revised version on this page.
