Section 01
Opening an account, what you need, and getting funded.
GoldRock is a managed gold-trading service. You open an account, allocate capital from your wallet into the investment book, and the GoldRock desk trades XAU/USD (gold vs USD) Mon–Thu on your behalf. Daily session returns post to your balance and compound automatically. You can withdraw at any time. Performance fee is 30% of profits, charged only when you transfer profit out of the investment account.
PAMM = Percentage Allocation Management Module. It's a managed-account structure where your funds stay in a segregated account under your name; the manager (GoldRock) has authority to execute trades but cannot withdraw funds. You retain beneficial ownership and full withdrawal rights at all times via your dashboard.
$50 to open an investment allocation. There's no platform minimum to create an account and watch performance from the dashboard. Funded thresholds are flexible — start small, scale as you build trust.
Sign up at goldrocktrades.com/signup with an email + password or Google. Takes under two minutes. Once verified you can fund the account and allocate to the investment book.
Standard accounts can be funded with crypto without document KYC. Larger fiat-route withdrawals and certain jurisdictions may require identity verification — we'll ask only when it's needed.
Yes — GoldRock accepts clients globally, with the standard exception of jurisdictions where managed-account services are restricted. Crypto-rail deposits and withdrawals work the same regardless of country. We'll flag any restrictions at signup if your jurisdiction needs extra steps.
Standard email signup is instant — verify your email link and you can deposit. Google sign-in is instant too. If we ever ask for additional verification (large withdrawals or jurisdiction-specific), expect 24-48 hours.
Yes — you can sign up and explore the dashboard, GoldBook, FAQ, and affiliate page without putting any money in. You'll see the fund's live track record and how returns post. The trial is open-ended; allocate when you're ready.
Wallet = uninvested funds that just arrived from a deposit (or a profit transfer). Investment = capital that's allocated and earning daily returns. Money flows: deposit → Wallet → (click Allocate) → Investment → (daily returns compound) → (transfer profit out) → Wallet → withdraw. The two-step split exists so you control exactly when capital starts earning, and so withdrawals don't have to interrupt active positions.
Crypto only, for now. BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), USDC, DAI, SOL, and XRP are live — your wallet gets a unique deposit address per chain. Credits land at 1 confirmation, net of a 2.5% network and processing fee. Other rails are coming.
Bitcoin (BTC native), Ethereum (ETH + ERC-20 USDT, USDC, DAI), Tron (TRC-20 USDT), Solana (SOL), and XRP. Each chain + asset has its own dedicated deposit address — USDC ERC-20 goes to the USDC ERC-20 address, USDT TRC-20 goes to the TRC-20 address, and so on. Always send to the address that exactly matches what you're sending.
Recoverable — for a flat 10% recovery fee. Example: if you send USDC or USDT to the ETH (native) deposit address by mistake, email support@goldrocktrades.com with the tx hash. We'll move the funds to the right account and credit you the gross minus the 10% recovery fee (in place of the normal 2.5% deposit fee). The rule applies any time the asset sent doesn't match the address it landed at on a chain we control. (Cross-chain sends to a chain we don't run — e.g. BSC — are still genuinely lost on-chain.)
BTC: 1 confirmation (~10 minutes typical). ETH and ERC-20: 1 confirmation (~30 seconds to 2 minutes). TRON USDT: under a minute once the network confirms. SOL/XRP: seconds. Once detected, the balance appears in your wallet immediately, net of the 2.5% deposit fee.
Your deposit address is monitored automatically. Within 1 on-chain confirmation we credit your Wallet (gross deposit minus 2.5%), email you a confirmation with the tx hash, and email your referrer if you signed up via an affiliate link. From there click Allocate to send funds into the Investment book and start earning daily returns.
Section 02
How returns work, how they're posted, and what you see in your account.
Yes. Every daily session return — Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu — is applied to your full investment balance, including all prior accrued profit. So Tuesday's gain earns Wednesday's percentage too, Wednesday's earns Thursday's, and so on. Four compounding cycles a week. The growth curve bends quickly because each day's base is bigger than the last.
GoldRock's historical monthly closes have ranged from 15–35% net, after performance fee. Individual months have closed lower, flat, or negative. Past performance is not indicative of future results — no return level is guaranteed or promised, and any monthly performance shown reflects historical activity rather than a forward-looking target.
Daily, Monday through Thursday, after the trading session closes. Most days the post lands between 4 PM and 11 PM Eastern; occasionally later if a Thursday session runs long. Friday is a no-trading day; weekends are dormant. The dashboard updates the moment the desk posts.
Usually within a few hours after the session closes — typically between 4 PM and 11 PM Eastern, sometimes earlier. You'll see the TODAY tile on your dashboard light up the moment the post completes. Returns can also be posted briefly after midnight ET on the same trading day; the dashboard accounts for that and still attributes the gain to the calendar day it actually posted.
Each daily session return is applied to your investment balance and the next session compounds off the new balance. Mon–Thu, four times a week. The curve bends quickly — every month's gains feed every month after. Example: $1,000 + four +1% days in a row = $1,040.60, not $1,040. Small effect over a week, big effect over a year.
The daily return percentage applies proportionally to your allocated investment balance. If the fund posts +1% and you have $1,000 allocated, you earn $10 that session — automatically compounded into your balance for the next session.
Down sessions hit your balance the same way up sessions do — proportionally to what you have allocated. The Mon–Thu discipline + Friday-skip is built specifically to avoid the asymmetric losses that compound badly. Drawdowns happen; the strategy is built to absorb them, not avoid them entirely.
Returns automatically compound into your investment balance. To take money out, you transfer from your Investment to your Wallet, then withdraw from your Wallet to your crypto address. There's no forced payout — you control when (or whether) to move money out.
Today = the single most recent daily session, in % and $. Lifetime = the cumulative compounded growth since you first received a return (the +$ figure and % beside it). Monthly = the compounded total for each calendar month, shown in the Monthly returns table — tap a month to drill into the daily breakdown. All three are derived from the same underlying daily Return rows.
Internally each return is tagged with a trading-day label (the gold session runs roughly 5 PM ET to 5 PM ET the next day, so a post made at 7 PM Tuesday actually belongs to the Wednesday session). The dashboard and weekly grid display each return on the ET calendar day it was posted on, so the date you see should always match the wall clock at the time of post. If you ever spot a mismatch, refresh the page — most discrepancies are cached bundles waiting for an update.
The GoldBook is the public performance page at goldrocktrades.com/goldbook — every monthly close, every daily session, the compounded total, and a live profit-growth chart. It's the same data you see in your dashboard, just stripped of personal balances. Share it with anyone evaluating the fund.
No — we only ever show fund-level performance (the daily and monthly aggregates on the GoldBook page). Individual balances and allocations stay private to the account holder.
Yes — when a fund-wide daily return posts, every investor's account receives the same percentage applied to their own allocated balance. The Daily Returns list on your dashboard shows the fund's history; the Lifetime Profit tile shows your personal dollar earnings derived from that history applied to your allocation timeline.
Section 03
What you pay, when, and what's actually free.
30% performance fee, only on profits. You keep 70% of every dollar of gain. No fee on principal, no fee on losing days, no monthly subscription, no quarterly account-maintenance fee. If the fund doesn't make you money, we don't make money.
Only when you request to transfer profits out of your investment account. While your gains stay in the investment account, you compound on the full gross balance — the 30% performance fee is deferred. The moment you submit a transfer from Investment → Wallet, the system separates the profit portion of that transfer, deducts 30%, and sends you the remaining 70%. Your principal portion is never touched by the fee. This means every day you stay invested, your gains keep compounding on the full pre-fee balance, working in your favor.
Yes — 2.5% on crypto deposits, covering network and processing costs. Deducted automatically when the deposit credits. The remaining 97.5% lands in your wallet.
No GoldRock withdrawal fee. You pay the on-chain network fee (gas/miner) for the outbound transaction — which varies by chain and congestion at the time. The amount is shown on the withdrawal confirmation screen before you sign off.
No. Zero monthly subscription, zero account-maintenance fee, zero quota to stay active. The only fees you'll ever pay are the 30% performance fee on profits (only at transfer-out) and the 2.5% deposit fee.
Then no performance fee is ever deducted — your balance keeps growing at the full gross rate. The 30% is calculated and taken only at the moment you request a transfer of profit out of the investment account. This structure is deliberately designed to reward letting compounding run.
No. The only fees that exist are: 2.5% on inbound deposits, the network fee you pay to whatever chain you're withdrawing on, and the 30% performance fee that's only deducted when you transfer profit out of Investment to Wallet. There's no spread markup, no commission per trade, no charge for moving funds between Wallet and Investment, no inactivity fee, and no cost to use the affiliate program.
The 2.5% covers on-chain network costs (gas/miner), platform processing, and a small carve-out for the affiliate program — VIP-Gold direct uplines earn 1% of every depositor's gross deposit as a referral commission, paid out of the platform's 2.5%, not added on top.
No fee is ever charged on a losing day. The fee only applies to the profit portion of a transfer-out, and it's calculated against your account's net cumulative profit, not against any one session. If you withdraw during a drawdown month, the fee scales accordingly — you don't pay performance fee on principal even when the recent sessions have been down.
Section 04
What we trade, when we trade, and how we manage risk.
Gold only — XAU/USD. One market, one strategy, deeply understood. We don't dabble in crypto, equities, or anything else.
Spot gold trades roughly 23 hours a day — closes briefly between 5 PM and 6 PM ET, then opens for the next session. GoldRock's strategy targets the most liquid hours of each session and skips the dead-zone overlaps. We're not chasing 24/7 action; we're picking the windows where probability and liquidity favor execution.
Liquidity dies into the weekend, spreads widen, and headline-driven price swings on a Friday session are exactly the kind of asymmetric risk we sit out by design. We close every Thursday and open Monday morning. Four trading days a week, gold only. That's the entire playbook.
The GoldRock desk — a small team of experienced gold traders running a single repeatable strategy. We don't outsource execution and we don't run external signals.
Yes — like any active gold-trading desk. Leverage is capped per setup and tied to position-sizing rules; we never put the book into a position where one bad move wipes out a week of progress.
Strict risk per trade, high-probability setups only, Friday-skip to avoid asymmetric weekend exposure. The goal is never to chase the biggest single-week return — it's to compound consistent gains over many weeks without blowing up.
In forex/metals one standard lot = 100 oz of gold (or 100,000 base units of currency). GoldRock's Lots Traded stat on the dashboard shows the cumulative volume the desk has executed across all client allocations to date — a live indicator of how active the book is.
We publish daily session aggregates rather than trade-by-trade tickets. The reasoning: gold traders front-running our entries by watching live trade tape can degrade fills for everyone in the fund. The GoldBook shows every session's net % plus the cumulative lots-traded counter, which together give you a full view of activity and outcome without exposing live setups.
No. The desk focuses on XAU/USD exclusively. We've considered silver and platinum and decided the edge isn't deep enough to be worth splitting attention. One market, mastered, repeatedly.
Section 05
Moving money from your investment back to your own wallet.
Investment → Wallet requests are reviewed by the GoldRock manager and most are approved by Sunday 12:00 AM EST. Crypto payouts to your own address typically process within one business day after approval. We'll email you the on-chain tx hash when it lands.
Crypto withdrawals submitted on a Friday are processed the next business day — typically Monday. If a federal holiday falls on that Monday (or the next available banking/business day after Friday), processing moves to the following business day. The desk doesn't process outbound withdrawals on Saturday or Sunday because the gold market is closed and we batch crypto sends alongside Monday session prep. You'll get the on-chain tx hash by email the moment it lands.
No. Saturday and Sunday are dormant for both the trading desk and the withdrawal pipeline. Any request submitted between Friday's session close and Sunday night sits in the queue and processes on the next business day (usually Monday). The dashboard will show the request as PENDING throughout the weekend — that's expected, not stuck.
If a US federal holiday lands on a business day, withdrawal processing skips that day and resumes the next business day. So a request submitted the Friday before a Memorial Day Monday, for example, would process on Tuesday. We don't observe non-US holidays — only the US calendar (since the gold session runs on NY trading hours).
$50 from Wallet to your external crypto address. No max — you can withdraw your entire balance any time.
Yes — submit a request anytime through your dashboard. Approvals batch with the weekly trading cycle (manager reviews into Sunday) to minimize friction with active positions. You'll see the request status in your transactions tab.
Any external crypto wallet you control — BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20 or TRC-20), USDC, DAI, SOL, or XRP. Make sure the address is correct and matches the chain you're sending on. On-chain sends are irreversible if you send to the wrong address.
Yes — as long as admin hasn't approved it yet. Hit Cancel on the pending row in your transactions tab and the funds go back to your Wallet immediately.
Transfer-to-wallet moves money from your Investment account into your GoldRock Wallet — it requires manager review (reason: open positions, fee accounting). Withdraw-to-crypto moves money OUT of your Wallet to an external chain address you control. The two-step split means you can park funds in Wallet and decide later whether to redeploy them into Investment or send them off-platform.
Two reasons. First, when the desk has live positions, pulling capital mid-trade can disrupt the book — the review batches requests to align with session closes. Second, this is where the 30% performance fee gets calculated on the profit portion; the manager review confirms that math before the funds release. Wallet → crypto withdrawals also pass through review for security (catching typos and address-substitution attacks).
It means the desk currently has live positions in the market. While trades are running we temporarily pause transfer-from-investment requests so capital pulls don't interrupt active trades. The Withdraw-to-Crypto path (for funds already in your Wallet) stays available throughout. The badge clears the moment positions close.
Yes. The platform doesn't tie withdrawals back to your deposit address — paste any chain-correct destination address you control. Just confirm it matches the chain you're sending on (BTC address for BTC, USDT-TRC20 address for TRC-20 USDT, etc).
On-chain sends are irreversible. The dashboard shows the destination address in full and asks you to confirm before signing off. Double-check both the address AND the chain — a USDT-ERC20 deposit address WILL NOT receive USDT-TRC20 funds and vice versa.
Yes — if you withdraw to crypto and then re-deposit within 48 hours of the approval, the 2.5% deposit fee is waived on the re-deposit (one waiver per outbound withdrawal). The waiver auto-applies — you'll see it noted in the deposit transaction details.
Section 06
Where your money sits, who can move it, and what happens in worst-case scenarios.
Funds are held in segregated client accounts under your name. GoldRock operates as a PAMM — a percentage allocation management module — meaning we direct the strategy and execute trades; you retain beneficial ownership and full withdrawal rights through your dashboard. You can request a withdrawal at any time.
GoldRock operates a managed-account service for trading the gold (XAU/USD) market. Specific regulatory licensing varies by jurisdiction. We're transparent about the model — we're a trading service, not a bank, broker, or registered investment advisor — so you can decide if it fits your situation.
Funds held in segregated client accounts remain under your name. You'd retain the ability to withdraw via the standard flow during a wind-down. We'd communicate clearly and give you time to extract balances.
Encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere), encrypted at rest, isolated from third parties. We don't store payment-card data because we don't accept cards. Withdrawal addresses are reviewed before approval to catch typos and address-substitution attacks.
Change your password immediately from Settings and email support@goldrocktrades.com. We can flag the account, require additional verification on any pending withdrawals, and review recent activity with you. If 2FA is enabled, an attacker would also need your TOTP device to fully take over — enable 2FA proactively if you haven't.
Yes — TOTP via Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or any standard authenticator app. Enable it from Settings → Security; you'll scan a QR code, save recovery codes, and confirm a one-time code. After enabling, every login will prompt for a fresh 6-digit code from your authenticator.
Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator (or Authy, 1Password, etc), save your recovery codes somewhere safe (NOT in the same place as your password), and enter the 6-digit code to confirm. From then on every login asks for a fresh code.
Use one of the recovery codes you saved at setup — they're one-time-use single-string backups for exactly this scenario. If you don't have any recovery codes left, email support@goldrocktrades.com from the email on file; we'll walk through identity verification steps to reset 2FA on your account.
Yes — every chain you deposit on generates a fresh address derived from a master key that's specific to your account index. Two users will never see the same deposit address. We refresh addresses occasionally to limit on-chain linkability between sessions.
Section 07
Earn a recurring % of every dollar your network earns.
Yes — the affiliate program pays you a % of every dollar your referrals (and their referrals, up to 10 levels deep at top rank) earn. Recurring. Every week they earn, you earn. The full breakdown — every rank, every level rate, worked income scenarios — is on the Affiliates → Learn more page.
The moment your first referral allocates funds and the fund posts a return for them, a commission row accrues for you. Same-day. Visible on the Commissions tile of the affiliate dashboard.
No. Zero monthly fee, zero membership tier, zero quota. The program is free to join — you either bring people in or you don't. There's no money out of your pocket either way.
Accrued commissions appear on the Commissions tile. Hit Request payout when you've built up enough; an admin reviews and approves. Approved payouts land in your GoldRock wallet, or auto-allocate into your investment account if you've turned Auto-compound on.
Dashboard → top of the page, under the welcome row. The link looks like goldrocktrades.com/signup?ref=YOURCODE. Tap the gold pill to copy it. The same link works on the GoldBook share buttons too.
Both. VIP Gold rank earns a 1% commission on every direct referral's gross deposit (carved out of the platform's 2.5% deposit fee, so it doesn't cost the depositor extra). On TOP of that, every rank earns ongoing commission on the returns the referral earns — paid daily as the desk posts gains. Returns commissions extend up your downline tree by rank.
Depends on your rank — entry rank earns on direct referrals only; mid ranks extend a few levels deep; top rank (VIP Gold) earns through 10 levels of downline. The Affiliates → Learn more page lays out every rank, the % at each level, and how to rank up. Levels deepen as you build active referrals.
For deposit commissions: yes — the 1% triggers on the deposit credit. For returns commissions: your referral needs to allocate from Wallet → Investment so the fund's daily return actually applies to their balance. Once they're allocated and the desk posts a gain, your commission accrues that same session.
Returns commissions accrue only on positive sessions. On a down day no commission rows are created — for you or for the rest of your upline. Deposit commissions are unaffected; those settle on the on-chain credit regardless of session direction.
Existing accrued commissions stay yours and remain payable. Going forward, you still earn on every return your existing referrals (and their downline) earn — for as long as those accounts stay allocated. The income is recurring on the network you already built; you only stop earning entirely if the underlying accounts close or fully withdraw.
Yes — toggle Auto-compound on the affiliate settings. When admin approves a commission claim, the payout is automatically allocated from your Wallet straight into your Investment account so it starts earning that session's return. Off by default; commissions land idle in Wallet unless you flip it on.
Yes — the Affiliates page shows your direct referrals (with status: signed up / allocated / earning) plus the aggregated count and commission earnings from deeper levels. We don't expose downline emails for levels below your direct referrals, for privacy.
Section 08
Login, settings, and managing your profile.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page — you'll get a reset email within a minute. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then email support@goldrocktrades.com.
One personal account per individual. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts get caught by deposit-fingerprint and tax-ID checks; commissions get reversed and accounts flagged. Don't do it.
From the dashboard Settings page. Password change requires the current password; email change requires verification of the new address.
Yes — withdraw your full balance to your external wallet, then email support@goldrocktrades.com requesting closure. We'll deactivate login, remove your data per our retention policy, and confirm the close in writing.
Yes — every transaction is listed in the Transactions tab. We don't ship a CSV export button yet, but you can request a full statement via support and we'll email it within a business day.
That's your numeric account ID — a stable sequential number assigned at signup. It's just a shorthand for support and admin tools so we can reference your account without repeating the full email. You don't need to use it anywhere; it's purely internal.
Yes — for: deposit confirmations (with tx hash), allocation nudges (when wallet is funded but not yet allocated), withdrawal approvals, daily return digests (opt-in via the dashboard), 2FA-enable confirmations, and affiliate-related events (your downline signed up, deposited, earned a commission). Email comes from support@goldrocktrades.com — add it to your contacts so it doesn't end up in spam.
Email support@goldrocktrades.com — replies usually within a few hours during business hours, sometimes faster. Or use the in-app chat (bottom-right floating button) — messages land directly in the admin inbox and trigger an immediate email notification. For urgent withdrawal issues, mark the subject line URGENT and we'll prioritize.
Open a GoldRock account in under two minutes. $50 minimum. Custody stays with you.
